Members of your bridal party may be arriving at different days and times and staying at different resorts. How will everyone know where they need to be and when they need to be there? Well, leave no room for confusion: create a timeline or agenda highlighting all times and specific locations for your wedding activities. A week before your wedding, distribute the agenda to everyone who will need that information.
Be sure to include your wedding planner’s name and contact information at the top of the agenda so that those with questions can contact her/him instead of you. And if, by chance, you don’t have a wedding planner, I suggest you make your agenda even more detailed!
